About Our Classes

Classes are located at 95 Parker Street in Newburyport, MA. Our community yoga classes are donated based. This means you can just show up with cash (our suggested donation is $10.00) or you can pre-pay through our website here. We encourage you to sign up below so we know you are coming.

Our classes are small and customized to your individual needs so please reach out in advance before a class if you have any questions. You can find our contact info here.

Monday

6:30-7:00pm - Meditation Mondays (Lauren Biese) - BOOK THIS CLASS - Meditation and mindful breathing is a class that teaches us how to calm our mind and body, while coping with a busy mind and stress.
