Lauren Biese is a Graduate of the Duke Integrative Medicine Heath Coach Professional Training Program and a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
Lauren worked and lived in downtown Boston for many years until her personal journey with her health inspired her to go back to school to help others living with chronic illness or long-term health conditions. She now sees clients in the Greater Boston Area and virtually around the globe.
Lauren believes yoga and health sciences should be accessible to everyone. For this reason, she has also founded Good Karma Marketing & Events which utilizes social crowdfunding to bring free yoga, health and wellness events to the public. If you would like to donate to help Good Karma’s mission you can do so here.
Lauren earned her Yoga and Barre Teaching Certifications from Rasamaya in 2012 and shortly after began teaching classes and workshops around the Boston area and internationally. She holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of Tampa and an M.A. in Global Marketing and Advertising from Emerson College.
