Lauren Biese is a Graduate of the Duke Integrative Medicine Health Coach Professional Training Program and a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She also recently earned her Yoga for Youth Athletes certificate from ChildLight Yoga.

Lauren’s personal journey with her health inspired her to go back to school to help others living with undiagnosed medical issues, chronic stress, and/or long-term health conditions. She now sees clients in the Greater Boston Area and virtually around the United States.

Lauren believes yoga and health sciences should be accessible to everyone. For this reason, she has also founded Good Karma Marketing & Events which utilizes social crowdfunding and crowdsourcing to bring free yoga, health and wellness events to the public. If you would like to donate to help Good Karma’s mission you can do so here.

She teaches vinyasa flow, heated power yoga, and restorative yoga. Lauren specializes in Workshops for Runners and Athletes, and Corporate Yoga Workshops. She is currently an Integrative Yoga & Health Instructor in Newburyport, MA at Good Karma Yoga, Engage Your Core and Ajna Yoga Center.

Lauren earned her Yoga and Barre Teaching Certifications from Rasamaya in 2012 and shortly after began teaching classes and workshops around the Boston area and internationally. She has volunteered with the organization Go Give Yoga where she traveled to teach in Haiti.

Lauren holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of Tampa and an M.A. in Global Marketing and Advertising from Emerson College.
